THE SCOOP

A longtime fixture of the Wharf’s nightlife scene and one of the original trio of music venues on the revitalized waterfront, Pearl Street Warehouse is Union Stage Presents’ newest un-hidden gem. Right next door to our flagship venue Union Stage, Pearl Street continues Union Stage Present’s DMV-wide tradition of hosting smaller shows that pack a big-time punch.

The Brindley Brothers, who officially took the reins of the venue in Fall 2024, are proud to be amplifying Pearl Street Warehouse’s history of bringing you up close and personal to the on- stage action in this intimate space, along with an amped-up, genre-expansive slate of programming only USP could curate. Whether it’s your current fave, soon-to-be new obsession, or future can-you-believe-we-saw-them-somewhere-THAT-small, Pearl Street’s stage is the launchpad for new artists in the nation’s capital from any background and any genre, including indie rock, hip hop, pop, R&B, electronic, dance parties, and more.
