A longtime fixture of the Wharf’s nightlife scene and one of the original trio of music venues on the revitalized waterfront, Pearl Street Warehouse is Union Stage Presents’ newest un-hidden gem. Right next door to our flagship venue Union Stage, Pearl Street continues Union Stage Present’s DMV-wide tradition of hosting smaller shows that pack a big-time punch with an additional room in DC proper.

The Brindley Brothers, who officially took the reins on the venue in fall 2024, are proud to be amplifying Pearl Street Warehouse’s history of bringing you up close and personal to the on-stage action in this intimate space, along with an amped-up, genre-expansive slate of programming only USP could curate. Whether it’s your current fave, soon-to-be new obsession, or future can-you-believe-we-saw-them-somewhere-THAT-small, Pearl Street’s stage continues the place for anyone who’s anyone playing in the region–not many other venues can boast household names like Booker T. Jones or Patterson Hood or then up-and-comers like Amythyst Kiah as part of their opening schedule.
